A large part of that plan involves its promising new member who has over 21 years\u2019 experience in the motor trade. Joining Buggy Dough as its new Director, Lee Holroyd has a mouth-watering plan that could see the firm boast \u201ca \u00a3100m turnover in 5 years\u201d.<\/p>\n
With future-focused view on how this will be achieved, Lee understands that figures are only worth their weight when supported with knowledge, tools, and hard work. <\/p>\n
After starting off his career at used car dealership Evans Halshaw as a sales executive, Lee worked through the ranks to become the manager at Ford and Peugeot. He then swiftly moved on to his next challenge at independent car retailer Motorpoint, where he was employed as Business Manager. With a drive to succeed and get the company\u2019s figures more lucrative, he worked his way up to become Regional Sales Manager. <\/p>\n
As a result, Lee naturally progressed to become Regional Sales Manager before peaking as national sales manager, overseeing a few challenging locations. His ethos of making his team feel valued and a big part of the collective success, mirrors that of Buggy Dough\u2019s. As Lee says, \u201cevery cog in the engine matters.\u201d Following this, Lee moved on to his next challenge \u2013 The Car Group.<\/p>\n
Being the UK\u2019s largest indoor heated showroom, The Car Group became his most recent project in early 2021. As the General Manager, Lee directed growth in sales, as a crippling national lockdown rocked the entire industry. Lee managed to steer the company\u2019s monthly sales upwards within an unstable market. The dealership had the best year of trading since he joined the team. <\/p>\n

With a wealth of experience in the finance and insurance, compliance process, Lee is looking forward to taking an already successful business in Buggy Dough to the next level. This includes a vigorous recruitment plan.<\/p>\n
